The guitar is coming along nicely. I cut a new bridge of reclaimed rosewood from a Salvation Army whale
and carved the body using the belt sander, what a kick, fine carving wood with power tools.
I went over the neck to body transition with a small drum sander on the drill. I used the small draw shave, a chisel, then course sandpaper to form it. Finer and finer grits hand sanded, it’s close to fine.
A batch of Meyer marmalade, and an excellent French onion soup, croutons and molten cheese. A good day.
